Low barrier/cost to entry:  One of the key reasons for the proliferation of digital and mobile media, content and services is that it is accessible to anyone as a result of cloud services and open source software and platforms.  All that is really needed to get started (at least to prototype or alpha) is a a great idea that addresses a real problem and super sharp development talent to execute.</description>
